About Luminous Eyecare

Luminous Eyecare was founded in 2025 with the vision of providing quality, compassionate optometric care in a warm and friendly environment. Our comprehensive services go beyond helping you achieve your best clarity and focus with glasses and contact lenses — we also assist in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.

Dr. Belinda Duong

Optometrist

Dr. Belinda Duong is a Charlotte native who received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She continued her studies in Memphis, Tennessee, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry. During her studies, she developed an extensive background in binocular vision and ocular disease. Dr. Duong is committed to providing high-quality eye care with simplicity and a personal touch.

Walk-ins are always welcome but patients with an appointment have priority. We recommend scheduling to guarantee time with the doctor. You DO NOT need a Costco Membership for an eye exam.
